  • Security deposit $300 (refundable within 5 business days on inspection by property manager and adherence to curfew). Please note curfew is 11 pm Sunday - Thursday, 1 am Friday and Saturday
  • Hall rental is complete on signature by the CAO/Property Manager/Mayor
